• Set up and maintain ICM configuration in SAP for roll-outs and enhancements
  
• Research issues related to ICM application and provide solution(s)
  
• Trouble-shoot ICM-related issues
  
• Provide ad-hoc ICM reports
  
• Work as liaison between end-users and developers
  
• Write functional specs
  
• Test development objects

• 3-4 years experience with SAP configuration
  
• At least one year experience configuring SD module in pricing
  
• At least one year experience in debugging and reading ABAP code 
  
• Good analytical skills for trouble-shooting issues related to configuration, business processes, reporting
  
• Experience applying relational database concepts in designing custom SAP solutions
  
• Ability to work well in a team and with end-users
  
• Ability to quickly learn ICM and custom configuration
  
• Ability to work independently
  

 Preferred:

• Knowledge of the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) module
  
• ABAP programming concepts
  
• Experience with FI module
  
• Business knowledge of Royalty management
