• Leading the IT feasibility, design, development, testing, rollout, and support of SAP Procurement to Pay Applications - R/3 (MM/AP), and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
• Identifying scope of new projects, evaluating fit/gap, estimating level of effort, and prioritizing requests working in conjunction with business partners
• Building and enhancing relationship with internal customers with focus on anticipating needs, and meeting deliverables.
• Managing break-fix, and enhancement tickets via outsourced IT resources
• Working with developers to provide guidance on functional specifications, and overseeing testing of objects to spec as needed.
• Coordinating efforts with Basis and Portal teams.
• Complying with and documenting change management procedures
• Maintaining expertise in the area of SAP products relevant to procurement, by participating in conferences, and industry groups
• Participating in business process (re)design as necessary in a changing application landscape as part of a Peoplesoft to SAP migration project
• Ensuring SAP Solutions are correctly integrated to other NBCU and GE Applications
• Reporting to SAP Functional Director and working with peer Leads/Managers in SAP and other applications.

• Bachelor\\\'s degree in MIS or Computer Science is required 
• Strong Functional Knowledge of Procure to Pay process (Min 5 Yrs)
• Hands-on SAP Process Design & Configuration Experience in MM (minimum 4 Yrs) and SRM (minimum 2 years)
• Demonstrated Experience in Leading Process/System Design (Min 3 Yrs)
• Minimum of two full SAP project life cycles following the ASAP methodology or an equivalent systems methodology 
• Expertise in SAP configuration within the FI/CO, or Supply Chain modules
• Experience working in an interface- heavy environment
• Expertise in functional component of SRM, Catalog Content Management, Workflow, and related areas in EBP.
• Prior work experience in Procurement/Sourcing function
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills to interface with Customers on a Daily Basis as well as related to Project Workload
• Good Presentation Skills to articulate Ideas, Options & Solutions to Customers & IT team
• Demonstrated Ability to work in (virtual) teams to Solve Business Problems
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work during non-business hours as needed.

• SRM Contract Management and Frictionless Commerce, Supplier Self Service experience a big plus
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
• Ability to guide, and motivate team to accomplish objectives.
• Experienced and comfortable working with culturally diverse outsourced on/offshore staff in post-production environment with high service levels
• SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Experience a plus
• Knowledge of TaxWare, & other SAP Bolt-Ons a plus
