- Creating Information Systems policies, procedures, standards, department charters, presentations, demonstrations, system development documentation, form and document templates, release notes, system advisories, user guides, training material, and other related communication information.
- Primary responsibility for assisting Information Systems software development and support staff in creating and maintaining technical documents related to all phases of the system life cycle. In particular, development of SAP Business Process Procedures (BPP\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s) will be a prime focus of this role, along with creating other training documentations such as Course Outlines, Training Courses, Course Instruction Guides, and Quick Reference Guides.
- Develops technical and operational information using multi-medias such as hardcopy, softcopy, on-line help, or CDs. Attends technical and organizational meetings to record accurate notes and publish them quickly. Plans, organizes, documents, coordinates, and schedules all work in the development of assigned documentation tasks. Communicates project/task schedules and status to Information Systems Management or other project members.
- Specifically responsible for creating systems related documentation, maintaining document directories and systems knowledge bases, drafting training scripts/walkthroughs and FAQs, providing project/department status presentation material, and issuing system advisories.
